Spring is one of our favorite times of the year at Sappington Farmers Market. And one of the biggest reasons we love it so much is our fragrant, colorful Garden Center. We know Spring is here when the front of the store is decked out in healthy, colorful plants.
With suppliers like Heimos Greenhouse and Herbs en Route, we have something for everyone — from heirloom tomatoes (click to see our list of heirloom tomatoes for 2009) to exotic herbs as well as a good selection of hanging baskets and bedding plants.

To ensure that your purchases will grow well for you, we offer an assortment of soil amendments. The Route 66 Compost and Topsoil both contain our market’s produce waste composted using the best methods to preserve nutrients and keep out weed seeds and disease. Spreading some of this compost on your garden works like magic to help retain moisture and add nutrients and humus to your garden soil.
